This Child Safety & CSAE Policy applies to the mobile application PayMath – Online Program (com.network.pmt), developed and owned by Paymath Inc.. We are committed to protecting children and will not tolerate child sexual abuse, exploitation, or related content on our platform.
2. Zero-Tolerance Policy for CSAE / CSAM
Paymath Inc. has a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding:
- Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
- Grooming or sexual communication with minors
- Any content, conduct, or activity that endangers minors
Accounts or content found to be in violation will be removed or suspended immediately, and appropriate authorities will be notified.
3. Prohibited Content and Behavior
The following actions are strictly prohibited within PayMath – Online Program:
- Uploading, producing, requesting, or sharing CSAM / CSAE.
- Attempting to contact, solicit, or exploit minors for sexual purposes.
- Grooming, harassment, or sexualized communication with minors.
- Distributing, selling, or facilitating access to CSAM.
4. Reporting Mechanisms
We provide multiple ways for users to report child-safety concerns. All reports are treated confidentially and reviewed promptly.
In-App Reporting
Users can report content or accounts directly within the app through the Feedback / Support feature available in the app menu. Reports submitted in-app are routed to our moderation team for immediate review.

5. Actions We Take
When Paymath Inc. becomes aware of material or behavior that appears to involve CSAE/CSAM, we will:
- Immediately remove or restrict access to the content where feasible.
- Suspend or terminate the implicated user accounts.
- Preserve relevant data (logs, metadata, IP addresses) for investigation and legal requests.
- Report confirmed or credible CSAM incidents to law enforcement and relevant agencies as required by law.
- Cooperate with lawful requests from authorities and child-protection organizations.
6. Cooperation with Law Enforcement & Compliance
Paymath Inc. cooperates with local and international law enforcement agencies and child-protection organizations. We comply with applicable laws and regulations related to child protection and to the handling of CSAM.
7. Age Restrictions
PayMath – Online Program is not intended for children under 13 years of age. By using the app, users represent that they are 13 years old or older. If we become aware that an account belongs to a child below our minimum age requirement, we will take steps to delete or restrict the account in accordance with applicable law.
8. Data Preservation & Evidence Handling
When we receive a report involving CSAE/CSAM, we preserve logs and evidence necessary for investigations and for compliance with legal requests. Preserved information may include user metadata, timestamps, uploaded files, and IP addresses.
9. Prevention, Moderation & Training
Paymath Inc. maintains moderation processes, automated detection where appropriate, and training for moderation staff to identify and handle child-safety incidents. We periodically review and update our detection tools and processes.
