7. Age Restrictions

PayMath – Online Program is not intended for children under 13 years of age. By using the app, users represent that they are 13 years old or older. If we become aware that an account belongs to a child below our minimum age requirement, we will take steps to delete or restrict the account in accordance with applicable law.

When we receive a report involving CSAE/CSAM, we preserve logs and evidence necessary for investigations and for compliance with legal requests. Preserved information may include user metadata, timestamps, uploaded files, and IP addresses.
