Child Safety Standards

This Child Safety Standards document applies to the PayMath - Online Program mobile application and online services operated by PayMath Inc.. We are committed to protecting minors and maintaining full compliance with Google Play’s Child Safety Standards policy and all applicable child protection laws.

1. Strict Prohibition of CSAE

PayMath Inc. strictly prohibits all forms of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), including:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
• Sexual solicitation of minors
• Grooming, exploitation, or harmful contact with minors
• Any content, communication, or behavior that endangers a child

Any user violating these rules will be immediately banned and reported to appropriate law-enforcement agencies when required.

2. Compliance with Child Safety Laws

PayMath Inc. complies with all applicable child safety laws, including:

• Local and international child protection regulations
• Google Play’s Developer Program Policies
• Google Play’s Child Safety Standards

3. In-App Reporting & Safety Mechanism

Users may report inappropriate behavior, content, or safety concerns directly through the app via our in-app contact/support feature or by email. Reported cases are reviewed and addressed promptly.

4. Moderation and Enforcement

We actively monitor user activity for safety violations. When child-safety-related violations are detected, we take immediate action, including:

• Content removal
• Immediate account suspension or permanent ban
• Reporting to authorities when necessary

5. No CSAE Content Allowed on Platform

PayMath does not permit any content involving minors in a sexual, exploitative, or abusive manner. Any such content will be removed instantly, and the user will be permanently banned.
