1. Prohibition of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

PayMath strictly prohibits any form of child sexual abuse, exploitation, grooming, or endangerment. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Sharing, requesting, or distributing child sexual abuse materials (CSAM)
• Sexual communication with minors
• Attempted grooming or predatory behavior
• Any behavior that endangers a child online or offline

Any violation results in immediate account suspension or termination and will be reported to appropriate authorities as required by law.

2. Compliance With Child Safety Laws

PayMath complies with global and local child safety laws and regulations. We meet reporting requirements for CSAM incidents and cooperate with law enforcement when handling child safety cases.

Reports are reviewed promptly, and necessary action is taken immediately.

5. Prohibited Content and Behavior

• Threats, violence, harassment, or bullying
• Sexual content involving minors
• Sharing personal information of minors
• Illegal activities of any kind
• Fraud, scams, or abusive behavior

6. Enforcement Actions

Violations of these standards may result in:

• Warnings
• Temporary suspension
• Permanent account ban
• Mandatory reporting to authorities for severe violations

7. Scope of These Standards

These standards apply to all users of the PayMath – Online Program app and cover all user interactions, communication features, and services provided within the platform.
